Trip of a Lifetime!
This was the trip of a lifetime! Honestly, I am not a fisherman, so I felt a little trepidation about going on the trip, but I couldn't be more happy that I did. Our boat captain, Doug, and future captain, Tara, were amazing and very helpful. I caught a ton of fish! The ENTIRE staff at the lodge were welcoming, outgoing, and made us all feel right at home. The scenery and wildlife were out of this world beautiful. It was like Colorado on steroids! We met a lot of other people that had been to lodges all over Alaska, and everyone of them said this was the best one in the entire state. I'd bet my mortgage they're right. Take it from someone who didn't think they'd have a good time, this is the perfect place for you and your family! P.S. If you are like me and worried about flying on the seaplane, do it! Couldn't even tell when we hit the water. It was literally the smoothest landing I've ever had.

Pybus gave us the best experience we could have ever asked for! We aren’t your typical fish all day kind of people and Pybus had options galore for other activities we could do. But at the same time, the fishing was amazing! The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and made it an awesome experience. Lodging is 10/10 highest quality, food was beyond our wildest dreams and the views from the lodge were unbelievable. I highly recommend kayaking around the cove when you’re there. We can’t wait to go back every year!

Top tier fishing and Alaska experience
I took my 13 year-old son on this trip, and we loved the entire experience. We pulled out of the ocean some of the biggest Salmon I’ve ever seen, halibut, rockfish, yellow eye, and ling cod. Staff is super friendly and super helpful and they say yes to everything they can. We went water skiing in the bay. Food was way better than you would ever expect a remote Alaska Lodge to have—It was terrific! Between my son and myself, we brought home 140 pounds of fillets of salmon, halibut and the rest of the fish. I don’t know how anyone could make the trip any better. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing Wild adventure!
Just returned from a wonderful trip to Pybus Lodge. The fishing was unreal and so excited that it was prepped for us to bring home on our flight. The scenery is spectacular. We enjoyed hiking, the hot springs and kayaking in beautiful environments. Seeing whales swim past as we were fishing was amazing. The lodge is so beautiful. Our room was comfortable. Dinners were delicious especially the catch of the day! The hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of day. The boats were state of the art. The captain and guides were so helpful and professional.
