When to plan your trip

The best time to catch saltwater fish in Alaska is between June and September. The Halibut, Rock fish and Cod are always available during those months, and the specific timing of your trip will often determine what species of salmon are most plentiful during your visit. For no additional charge our freshwater guides can also take you to explore the local rivers to find a variety of salmon and trout species. We've spent years scouting out the area and know all the best spots for fisherman of any skill level to enjoy freshwater fishing.

During the entire Alaskan fishing season our expert guides are here to help you find the best fishing spots on the ocean, in the bay near the lodge, and in rivers and lakes in and around Admiralty Island. After each fishing adventure your fish will be professionally cleaned, vacuum sealed, frozen and packaged into insulated boxes for your journey home.
