We've got all the gear you need for your Alaskan fishing vacation. We are in a very remote location and all of your luggage will come by a float plane. This means that packing light is very important. So if you have your own gear, we recommend you leave it at home. When you leave the lodge you will probably want the extra luggage space for your box(es) of professionally prepared and vacuum-sealed fish. The box(es) will become your “checked bag” when you fly home, and your other carry-on bag will have all your clothing and essentials for your stay. With all of that fish and clothing there's not much room left over for fishing gear without a lot of added expenses. That being said, if you have a favorite rod, jig, or special flies, you are welcome to bring them.
